Classes are kept small so that you will have plenty of one-on-one help in learning Tai Chi. The atmosphere is very relaxed - but Ranna does keep training moving along so that people are always refining their form or learning something new. Incorporated into your learning is Qi Gong (standing postures) to build Qi, health benefits of the postures of the forms as Qi Gong for health, and the martial purpose behind each move, including the ones that also have direct health benefits.
